I can see that he is using repetition. I feels as that he is trying to point something out in this poem. He seems that he is worn out of something and he wanted to tell people about what he was feeling in that moment.
1. 'Good' writitng is wiriting that has good srucuture. A variety of vocabulary. Any ones writing can be good if they write it in structure and a wide varity of vocabulary words. Most people don't use any structure of any kind and ignore it. If there is a structure in the writing is becomes 'GOOD' writing. Plus a varity of vocabulary.
2. The process of writing is writing your thoughts and expressing them through letters. Unlike speaking writitng need to written step by step. You need to write in a way that people can understand and read the writing you have done. If you dont write in a way readers can read it the reader can understand and express the way you did the exact same you did. So writing is speaking but not with words.
